1. Definitions

 

1.1. “The Company” refers to Altus Auto Parts, the vendor of the services and goods supplied to the customer.

 

1.2. “The Customer” is any individual or entity contracting for goods and services provided by the Company.

 

1.3. “Goods” means all items sold by the Company, including but not limited to fuel system replacement parts for scooters and motorcycles.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms

 

By placing an order with the Company, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

 

3. Payment Terms

 

3.1. Payment for all goods and services must be made in full prior to delivery.

 

3.2. The Customer is responsible for any import, customs, and duty fees associated with their order, which are not included in shipping fees.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

4.1. The Company will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frame; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

4.2. The risk of loss or damage to goods remains with the Company until they are delivered to the Customer's specified address.

 

5. Liability Limitation

 

5.1. The Company's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for a single relevant transaction.

 

5.2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the goods or services provided.

 

6. Legal Fees and Disputes

 

6.1. Any legal fees incurred in relation to disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be borne solely by the Customer.

 

6.2. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Taiwan, with no option for transferring venue outside of Taiwan.

 

7. Warranty Disclaimer

 

7.1. The Company provides no warranties regarding the quality or fitness of goods for a particular purpose unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

7.2. The Customer acknowledges that any defects or damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under any warranty provided by the Company.

 

8. Returns and Cancellations

 

8.1. All sales are final; however, defective goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided they are in original packaging and unused.

 

8.2. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Company.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan.

 

10. Amendments

 

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website.By engaging with our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.-
