LCD Repair (Taiwan only)

LCD (liquid crystal display) panel repair is available only inside Taiwan. Customer must bring the entire console unit to Altus Auto Parts™ Fengyuan factory store for in-house repair. Please contact us to arrange a repair time.

* LED (light emitting diode) console repair service not available.
 

Outside Taiwan

LCD repair is available only inside Taiwan. Please do not ship us any LCD console units for repair.

LCD Repair Instruction Course
 

If you wish to learn LCD repair skills that you can use in your shop in your own country, we can teach you how to do the repair in our Fengyuan store. (We do not provide repair instruction over the telephone or online web meeting).

* LED console repair and repair classes not available.

General information for LCD repair class at our Fengyuan factory:
 

1. Please contact us first to arrange instruction date and time.
    

2. Limit 3 students per  class.
    

3. You provide and pay for all travel (air travel, hotel, food, taxi, etc.) arrangements for yourself and your colleagues.
    

   • If you stay in a hotel in Taichung, please allow at least 1/2 hour taxi travel time from your hotel to our Fengyuan factory / store.

   • If you stay in a hotel in Fengyuan, please allow 10 minute taxi travel time from your hotel to our Fengyuan factory / store.

   • Many vegetarian food restaurants are available
      

4. Class instruction takes approximately 1 hour. Please bring one or two LCD consoles with you that you would typically repair in your own shop.
